Special General Meeting

Agenda motions to be put to vote:
1. That the Friends of Campbells Creek seeks to become an incorporated association under the name “Friends of Campbells Creek Inc.”
2. That the Friends of Campbells Creek secretary (Kya Moore) is authorised to incorporate the association, with President (Rob Law) as delegate.
3. That the Friends of Campbells Creek adopt the model rules that comply with the Act.
When: Wednesday, 1st April 7pm – 8.30pm

We encourage a reading of the reasons for incorporation and more details and welcome all members to come and make your vote count.
As per our guidelines, we require atleast 10% of our members to vote. If you are planning on attending, please RSVP to this email so we can keep track of numbers.
After the vote we will also be discussing the two big projects our members our working hard on – the Platypatch and Forest Creek Revitalisation Project. These projects are a huge undertaking and we will be devising a two year plan to ensure their success.
