Members’ Creek tour and workshop

It seems like ages ago – 22 Aug last year to be precise – when we were looking forward to this day and had to postpone it.

With Covid-restrictions suitably released and the festive season well and truly over, I’m writing to confirm that the day will go ahead as rescheduled on Sunday 27^th March, and to invite you to attend.

We really encourage you to join in if you can.  This is a rare chance (last done in 2012) to have your say about your vision for the creek, your ideas and the priorities you think we should be working on long term.  It’s a chance to enjoy each others’ company and hear others’ ideas too so we can put them into action.

There is no cost to the day.  We’ll meet at the 10:00 am at the Campbells Creek Community Centre; then tour selected parts of the creek (by minibus) in the morning; followed by a sit-down lunch (catered by Togs) and a facilitated planning workshop where your ideas about the Friends’ strategic directions will be welcomed.  We’ll finish by 4:00 pm and have some breaks and fun along the way.
